Farsan Kachori, also known as Marwari Kachori is a quick and easy Indian snack recipe enjoyed with tea!Ingredients:For Stuffing50 gms Bhavnagri / Gaathi50 gms Papadi1 tbsp Sesame Seeds1 tsp Fennel Seeds1 tsp Coriander Seeds1 tbsp Red Chilli Powder1 tbsp RaisinsTamarind Pulp size of a lemonSaltSugarFor Covering200 gms All Purpose Flour3 tbsp OilSaltWaterOil for deep fryingMethod:- To make the stuffing in a mixer grinder add bhavnagri, papadi, sesame seeds, fennel seeds, coriander seeds, red chilli powder, tamarind pulp, sugar and salt. Grind everything.- Transfer it in a bowl. Add raisins and mix well. Keep this stuffing aside.- To make the covering in a bowl add all purpose flour, oil and salt. Mix everything.- Add water as required and make a dough.- Make small portions of the stuffing and keep it aside.- Apply some oil to your hands and make little big portions of the dough.- Stuff each covering with the stuffing and close it properly from all sides.
