In a bowl add red chilli powder, mustard powder, pinch of turmeric, fenugreek powder, salt and guava pieces, add lemon juice mix all together. Heat oil for tempering add mustard seeds when mustard seeds splutter then add cumin seeds, red chillies, urad dal (optional) and pinch of hing. pour this tempering on the top of the guava chutney and mix it well.
