FATTA FAT CHUTNEY - WALNUT CHUTNEY | Vahchef - VahRehVah

Walnut chutney is a quintessential relish from Kashmir. Walnut Chutney is ideal to have with snacks.

Ingredients:
Walnuts 1 Cup
GREEN CHILLIES 3 no
SHAHI JEERA 1/2 tsp
CURDS / YOUGHURT 1/2 cup
LIME JUICE 2 tsp
CHOPPED GARLIC 2 Pods

1. Soak walnuts in hot water for 1-2 hours.

2. Once they are soaked and become soft transfer them in a blendor.

3. Add green chillies, some shahi jeera, yogurt and salt also.

4. Blend them to make a paste.

5. In this add chopped garlic, remaining yogurt and some lime juice.

6. Enjoy this chutney with naan, roti and different snacks.
