This Festive | Party Egusi Soup is very easy and tasty. I used kale vegetable but it can comfortably be substituted with Ugu, bitter leaf or Spinach. I also added a lot of meat and fishes such as cow skin, tripe (Shaki), stockfish, dried fish to make the soup very rich. I hope you try pout this recipe soon.
