Our meal prep - filling the raw wraps!

We made the Everything but the Bagel wrappers and the Italian Herb Pizza wrappers for lunch tomorrow and dinner tonight.

In the Everything wraps we use drier ingredients like lettuces, cabbage, red onion, ribboned carrot, endive, dandelion and microgreens with a little cashew cheese. These will hold up nicely for tomorrows lunch in the deli paper in the fridge (unsealed containers to prevent moisture)

The Pizza wrappers had the leftover cashew cheese, marinara, lettuce, marinated mushrooms and bell peppers, tomato, onion, microgreens and pineapple! These were so filling!

I love knowing lunch is prepped and ready for tomorrow. We have been making wraps near daily since writing the Hand Salads ebook and are so happy to see so many others enjoying them often as well!
