Fish curry in tamarind sauce is a tangy & spicy recipe popularly known as Chapala pulusu in Andhra Pradesh state of India. Fish curry is well blended with tamarind juice and other spices. It is also called as Meen Kozhambu in the Tamil Nadu and Kerala states of India especially the coastal regions.

Ingredients
1 springs coriander leaves
20 grams coriander pdr
10 grams cumin
10 0 cumin pdr
few leaf curry leaves
3 grams fenugreek seeds
500 grams fish
3 grams garam masala pdr
10 grams ginger garlic paste
3 grams mustard
3 small onion
10 grams red chilli pdr
10 grams sesame seeds
30 grams tamarind
1 pinch turmeric


Directions
• roast sesame seeds fenugreek seeds coconut pdr
• fry onions
• make paste of both mixture
• heat oil , add mustard , cumin curry leaves gr chiili
• ginger garlic paste cook and add the paste of the ground spices
• cook and add tamarind paste , coriander pdr cumin pdr,chilli pdr and add tamrind juice and cook for 15 min and reduce the sauce
• add fish and simmer
