Try it and let us know!Ingredients:2 Tbsp OilFinely Chopped GarlicCoriander LeavesPuree of 2 Tomatoes & 1 Onion1 Tbsp Red Chilli PowderJuice Of 1 LimeWaterSaltPomfret FishMethod:- Take a pan, add some oil, chopped garlic and coriander leaves to it and let it cook.- Add some tomato & onion puree to it.- Add some red chilli powder to it.- Soak a lemon-sized tamrind in water and add it to the mixture- Add salt to it.- Pour some water to the pan and let it simmer for sometime.- Add the pieces pieces of fish to the curry and let it cook for a while.- Serve the curry with steamed rice, roti or bread.
