A simple and delicious burger recipe made with Rawas Fish Fillet.FISH FILLET BURGERIngredients400 grams Indian salmon or any white fish fillet, cut into 4 fillets4 burger bunsBlack pepper powder to tasteSalt to taste2 tsps garlic paste1 tbsp lemon juice2 eggsOil for deep-fryingRefined flour (maida) for coating1 cup dried breadcrumbs4 lettuce leaves 4 cheese slicesTartar sauce as requiredMethod1. Place the fish fillets on a plate, add salt, black pepper powder, garlic paste and lemon juice and rub on both sides. Refrigerate for 15 minutes. 2. In a bowl, add eggs and whisk well. Set aside3. Heat sufficient oil in a kadai. Meanwhile, coat the fish fillets with refined flour, dip in egg mixture, and coat with breadcrumbs. 4. Deep-fry in the hot oil till golden-brown and crisp. Drain on absorbent paper. 5. Halve the burger buns horizontally. Place lettuce leaves on each burger base, place a fish fillet over it, spread a dollop of tartar sauce and place a cheese slice over it. Cover with the other half of the bun.6. Serve immediately.
