Fish head
Shallots -6 -10
Green chilli -2
Ginger- big piece
Curry leaf
Kashmiri chilli powder-1.5 tsp
Chilli powder- 2 tsp
Salt to taste
Tumeric powder-1/2 tsp
Tamarind - lemon size
Water 1.5 glass
Wash the fish head
Crush onion green chilli ginger and curry leaf and add to the fish head and then add salt for colour add Kashmiri chilli powder and chilli powder, turmeric powder. Mix it well and then add the tamarind water and 1.5 glass of water to it.
Close the lid and Cook in high flame.
Once it's boiled well open the lid and flip the head and close and cook again in low flame for 20 min till it turns to a thick gravy
Off the flame and serve it.
