Fish - 300 gmsKashmiri Chilli Powder - 2.5 tspChilli powder -1 tspTumeric Powder - 1/3tspGaram masala -1 tspFenugreek and fennel crushed or powder-1 tspCurd - 3 table spoonGinger small piece garlic 2 Onion 1 & chilli 2 crushed or pasteSalt to tasteLemon juice of one lemonOilOnion 1/2 and capsicum 1/2 - medium slicedIn a vessel add curd and all the masalas and ginger garlic onion paste and mix well add the fish to it and coat well.Allow it to rest for 30 minIn a stick insert the fish onion caption and keep aside.In a tawa add some oil and keep the fish sticks and allow it fry for 3 min flip and brush the fish with oil on all sidesThen close the lid and keep for 2 minOff the flame and remove from the gas and serve hot.Thank you
