Fish Tikka | Non veg | In pan | Kochu Logam

Fish - 300 gms
Kashmiri Chilli Powder - 2.5 tsp
Chilli powder -1 tsp
Tumeric Powder - 1/3tsp
Garam masala -1 tsp
Fenugreek and fennel crushed or powder-1 tsp
Curd - 3 table spoon
Ginger small piece garlic 2 Onion 1 & chilli 2 crushed or paste
Salt to taste
Lemon juice of one lemon
Oil
Onion 1/2 and capsicum 1/2 - medium sliced

In a vessel add curd and all the masalas and ginger garlic onion paste and mix well add the fish to it and coat well.
Allow it to rest for 30 min
In a stick insert the fish onion caption and keep aside.
In a tawa add some oil and keep the fish sticks and allow it fry for 3 min flip and brush the fish with oil on all sides
Then close the lid and keep for 2 min
Off the flame and remove from the gas and serve hot.
