Fish Varatiyathu Recipe !Kochu Logam

Ingredients
Fish - small pieces 250gm
Big Onion - 2
Small onion - 5
Garlic - 5
Coconut oil
Curry leaf
Mustard
Split Urad dal
Dry chilli 5
Coconut slice
Chilli powder
Tumeric powder
Salt - to taste
Marinate the small sliced fish with chilli powder turmeric powder and salt and keep aside for 30min
Shallow fry the fish to medium and keep aside the fish to the same pan add 3 spoon of coconut oil add mustard and split urad dal and add sliced coconut to it, it's optional but it add special taste to the dish. and then add 5 dry chilli cut in to pieces
Once it's cooked add onions and garlic to it stir fry it and add salt and turmeric powder to it. Once it cooked week add the cooked fish to it close the lid and allow it to cook for 2 min in low flame.
Then open the lid stir and then add 2 spoon of coconut oil and curry leaf and the fish varatiuathu is ready.
