IngredientsFish - small pieces 250gmBig Onion - 2Small onion - 5Garlic - 5 Coconut oil Curry leafMustardSplit Urad dalDry chilli 5 Coconut sliceChilli powderTumeric powderSalt - to tasteMarinate the small sliced fish with chilli powder turmeric powder and salt and keep aside for 30minShallow fry the fish to medium and keep aside the fish to the same pan add 3 spoon of coconut oil add mustard and split urad dal and add sliced coconut to it, it's optional but it add special taste to the dish. and then add 5 dry chilli cut in to pieces Once it's cooked add onions and garlic to it stir fry it and add salt and turmeric powder to it.
