In a small bowl, combine olive oil and minced garlic.Brush half of the garlic-oil over the tortilla wrap, making sure to extend all the way to the tortilla edges.Evenly distribute clams over the crust. Add additional ingredients as desired. Remember to take your toppings all the way to the tortilla edges to avoid burnt edges with no flavor.Drizzle the pizza top with the remaining garlic-oil.Top with the dried oregano, and freshly grated Parmesan and Mozzarella cheese.Place pizzas on a lightly sprayed pan and slide into the preheated oven.
