Here's how you can make fluffy delicious omlettes at home.

FLUFFY OMELLETE

Ingredients

12 eggs
4 tbsps butter
Salt to taste
Crushed black peppercorns to taste
Chives for garnish
Red cherry tomatoes to serve

Method

1. Break eggs and separate the yolk and white portion in different bowls.
2. Beat the yolk well.
3. Beat the whites till light peaks are formed.
4. Mix together the egg yolk and white mixtures.
5. Heat a non-stick pan, add the mixture. When slightly cooked from the lower side, add butter. Cover and cook on medium heat for 2-3 minutes.
6. Add salt and crushed black peppercorns. Cook for a minute.
7. Serve hot with red cherry tomatoes, garnished with chives.
