Joshi ji is a true showman, he tosses a full plate of dahi vadas in the air and catches them and then later sprinkling 4 different masalas tucked inside his 4 fingers all in one go. He is a sheer delight to watch and never fails to strike some conversations with his amazed and amused customers.
