Learn how to make Fresh Coconut Chutney - Dosa Chatni Recipe by Ruchi Bharani - Vegetarian [HD] Fresh Coconut Chutney - South Indian Condiment Recipe by Ruchi Bharani - Vegetarian [HD]INGREDIENTS- 1 cup fresh grated coconut1/2 cup split bengal gram (dariya dal)salt1 small piece ginger2 green chilliescurry leaves1/4 tsp. asafoetida (heeng)1 tsp. white lentil (urad dal)1/2 tsp. mustard seed powder1 tbsp. oilcoconut waterMETHOD-- Grind split bengal gram, ginger and green chillies into a smooth powder.- Add fresh grated coconut, salt and coconut water and grind well again. Add water if required.- For tadka, heat oil in a small pan.
