Happy Healthy Holiday Tip Day 3 (sorry for yelling - its the Italian grandma in me ).As much as I love enjoying and cooking all of the rich, decadent, indulgent foods this time of the year - I also love to create some balance by serving snacks that are fresh and crunchy!Most people are very grateful when you show up with a light, fresh and crunchy dish during the holidays! Its refreshing and is often the first snack to go at holiday gatherings.Heres one of my favorite shortcuts - serve store-bought hummus in your favorite dish and top with extra virgin olive oil, lemon, cumin, and a good quality sea salt! Surround with fresh, crunchy veggies, and enjoy!Simple and so very satisfying!!
