Fried Rolls of Pastry with Potato Filling Recipe

One of the trademarks of Turkish cuisine is, thanks to its rolled shape, "cigarette borek". This pastry most commonly has a cheese filling. Auntie Saniye is sharing another version of it with us today. This one with the potato filling tastes as delicious as the original one. Enjoy!

INGREDIENTS:
4 potatoes, boiled and grated
1 onion, you need to squeeze the water out of it
1 dessertspoon of dried chilli flakes
1 teaspoon of paprika powder
1 teaspoon of black pepper
1 teaspoon of salt
Some water in a small bowl to dampen the sides of the pastry
2 thin sheets of dough
