Kafta Kabab Karahi


Ingredients:
Oil cup
Ginger (chopped) 1 tbsp
Garlic (chopped) 1 tbsp
Tomatoes (chopped) 1 cup
Green chillies (sliced) 5-6
Water cup
Black pepper crushed 1 tsp
Coriander powder 1 tsp
Red chili powder 1 tbsp
Salt 1 tsp or (to taste)
Cumin powder 1 tsp
Water 1/2 cup
K&Ns Kafta Kabab (515 g)
Yogurt 1/2 cup
Fresh Coriander for garnish
Ginger julienne for garnish

Directions:
1. In a pan heat oil, add ginger, garlic saute for a minute.
2. Add tomatoes, green chillies and cook until tomatoes get softened.
3. Now add black pepper, coriander powder, cumin powder, salt, red chili powder and cook until oil separates. Add water and cook for 1-2 mins.
4. Fry K&Ns Kafta Kabab as per instructions on the pack.
5. Add K&Ns Kafta Kabab to the prepared masala and cook for 2-3 minutes. Add yogurt and cook for 1-2 mins.
6. Garnish with fresh coriander and ginger. Your Kafta Kabab Karahi is ready.

Cooking time: 18-20 mins
