Peel and slice each banana in half lengthwise, and then horizontally.Evenly spread peanut butter amongst all eight banana pieces and sprinkle half of the chopped peanuts over top. Pop in the freezer for 45 minutes to set up.Combine chocolate chips and coconut oil in a small microwave-safe bowl and microwave on low in 20-second intervals until melted, stir well.
