Preheat oven to 180º C. 2. Whisk together brown sugar, chilli flakes, salt, honey, lemon juice and olive oil in a bowl. 3. Cut apple and pear into cubes and add to the bowl. Add pineapple cubes, black and green grapes. Mix well and set aside for 8-10 minutes. 4. Skewer fruits alternatively onto satay sticks and place on a baking tray.
