Ingredients :
Orange Carrot ( नारंगी गाजर ) - 4 (250 gms)
Almonds (बादाम ) - 7 to 8 ( chopped)
Cashews (काजू ) - 7 to 8 ( chopped)
Sugar (चीनी ) - 1/3 cup ( 80 grams )
Ghee (घी) - 2 tbsp
Full cream milk (फुल क्रीम दूध ) - 1/2 litre
Raisins (किशमिश ) - 1 tbsp
Green Cardamom (इलाइची ) - 4

How to make Orange Carrot Halwa:

1. Take orange carrots peel and grate them. Heat pan to make the Halwa.
2. Add ghee to it, let it melt, then add grated carrot. Stir and cook the carrots for few minutes.
3. Add 1/2 cup milk. Increase flame and mix well. Cover and cook for 5 minutes, keep flame medium. Check and stir it. Cover and cook again.
4. Make cardamom powder. Meanwhile add all of the milk, stir and cook till there is a boil.Keep flame high. Cook until dense.
5. Once cooked , Add raisins to it. Cook on high flame and stirring at intervals. Add some chopped cashews and almonds to it. Add green cardamom, sugar and mix well.
6. Cook it for some more time, Turn off flame. As it cools serve it.

Serving:
7. Carrot Halwa is ready, garnish with dry fruits. Serve it hot or chilled as desired.
