Heat oil in a kadai and add cumin seeds. As they begin to change colour add the ginger. Sauté for thirty seconds and add carrots and peas. 2. Add turmeric powder, red chilli powder and coriander powder and stir to mix well. Add salt, stir well and sprinkle quarter cup of water. Cover and cook on low heat, stirring once or twice, till carrots and peas are tender. Sprinkle dried mango powder and mix.3. Add lemon juice and remove from heat. 4.
