In a bowl, add whole wheat flour, red chilli powder, carom seeds, salt, chopped coriander, 1 tbsp oil, and carrot puree and mix well. Knead to a stiff dough.2. Divide the dough into equal portions. Grease the worktop with oil, place and roll out each portion into a small disc or puri.3. Heat sufficient oil in a kadai, deep fry the prepared puris till puffed up.4.
