For garlic bread pizza 2 thick pizza base1/2 cup butter1 tbsp finely chopped garlic (lehsun)2 tbsp finely chopped parsley1 tsp dried mixed herbs1/4 cup thinly sliced onions1/4 cup thinly sliced coloured capsicum2 tsp dry red chilli flakes (paprika)salt to taste1/4 cup diced mozzarella cheeseFor making garlic bread pizzaIn a microwave safe bowl ,add butter, garlic, parsley and 1 tsp mixed herbs and mix well and microwave on high for 1 minute.Mix well and keep aside.Cut a pizza base into half horizontally using a sharp knife or a thread.Place it on a clean,dry surface and apply little of the butter-garlic mixture on both sides.One the lower base halve put a little sliced onions, little coloured capsicum slices, sprinkle little salt, mixed herbs, chilli flakes and cheese evenly over it.Sandwich it with using the buttered-garlic mixture facing downwards.Put little more butter-garlic mixture evenly over it, sprinkle little chilli flakes, oregano and little cheese evenly over it.Repeat steps 3 to 7 to make 1 more vegetable garlic bread.Bake in a pre-heated oven at 200c (400f) for 8 to 10 minutes.Cut the vegetable garlic bread into 4 equal pieces and serve immediately.tips to make garlic bread pizza1. Instead of parsley you can use finely chopped coriander.2. You can also add sweet corns or paneer inside the garlic bread.3.
