You must try this!GARLIC CHEESE PARANTHAIngredients2 tsps fried garlic50 grams mozzarella cheese30 grams cheddar cheese30 grams processed cheese1½ cups whole wheat flour (atta) + for dustingSalt to taste2 tsps oil 1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley leaves1 tsp dried red chilli flakes½ tsp dried mixed herbsSalt to tasteButter for applying + to serveTomato ketchup to serveMethod1. Take whole wheat flour in a large bowl, add salt, oil and water and mix well. Knead to a semi-soft dough. Cover with damp muslin cloth and set aside for 5-10 minutes.2. Grate mozzarella cheese, cheddar cheese and processed cheese in a bowl. Add parsley, red chilli flakes, dried mixed herbs, fried garlic and salt and mix well. 3. Take a portion of the dough and shape it into a ball and make a cavity in the centre, stuff with a portion of the cheese mixture and bring the sides in the middle and pinch to seal and shape into a ball.4. Dust the worktop with flour and place the stuffed dough and dust with a little flour on top and roll into a thick disc. 5. Heat a non-stick tawa, place the prepared disc on it and cook till done, applying with butter on both sides.6.
