Mix together garlic paste, mustard paste, chilli powder, crushed peppercorns, salt, coriander leaves and cream in a bowl. Add cottage cheese cubes and coat well. 2. Skewer cottage cheese cubes alternatively onto satay sticks in this order: cottage cheese, green capsicum, onion, red capsicum and yellow capsicum. 3. Heat a sandwich griller and brush some oil on it. Place the sticks on it, cover and grill till cottage cheese is cooked and evenly done from all sides. 4. Serve hot with salad.
