Mushrooms cooked with garlic, white wine, pinenuts and then baked GARIC MUSHROOMSIngredients400 gms button mushrooms2 tbsps crushed garlic3 tbsps + 4 tsps extra virgin olive oilSalt to taste½ tsp crushed black peppercorns3 tbsps white wine2 tbsps pinenutsMethod 1. Remove stems of the mushrooms and halve the larger ones.2. Heat extra virgin olive oil in a non-stick wok, add garlic and saute. Add mushrooms, salt and crushed black peppercorns. 3. Add white wine and mix and cook for 2-3 minutes. Add pinenuts and mix.4. Divide the mixture equally between 4 flat bottomed bowls.
