Knead together gram flour, chilli powder, turmeric powder, garlic powder, carom seeds, salt, 1 tablespoon oil and sufficient water to a stiff dough. Rest for 30 minutes. 2. Grease a sev mould with some oil and fill in a portion of dough.3. Heat sufficient oil in a kadai. Press sev directly into hot oil and deep-fry till golden brown. Drain on an absorbent paper. 4.
