I used to be really good at justifying my daily habits, but I learned that to have the life I wanted, I had to become the type of person who lived the life I wanted to live. I had to do things daily that that person would be doing daily. We get good at what we do daily, weather that is benefit to our lives .or not

By skipping my goals today I made it easier to skip them tomorrow.

Every time I chose a justification, I made it easier to continue with that justification again.

Every time I chose to procrastinate, I trained myself to be a better procrastinator.

Just like every time I chose to follow my new habits, I got better at those. We get better at whatever we repeat. Repetition and consistency either keep us where we are or get us to where we wanna go!
