Do try !GINGER BISCUIT PUDDINGIngredients10-12 ginger biscuits2-3 tablespoons coffee powder1 cup whipped creamCrushed biscuits for garnishingDark chocolate shavings for garnishingChocolate sauce¼ cup grated dark chocolate1 tablespoon butter½ cup milkMethod1. To make coffee decoction, mix together coffee powder and 1 cup hot water. 2. Arrange the biscuits on a glass tray. 3. To make chocolate sauce, heat butter in a non-stick pan. Add 2 tablespoons chocolate and stir constantly till it melts. Add milk little by little, stirring continuously. Add remaining chocolate, mix and cook till a saucy consistency is achieved. Remove from heat and cool slightly. 4. Pour choclate sauce all over the biscuits, add dollops of whipped cream and spread using a spatula. Top with crushed biscuits and chocolate shavings. 5.
