Add chicken and cook, stirring occasionally for 5 minutes.Adjust heat as needed.After 5 minutes, add onion, garlic, ginger, and hot peppers.Cook another 5 minutes, then add carrots and any other veggies; add sauce and mix well and continue to cook for 5 more minutes.Add more water if desired.
