Delicious chocolate fudge made using ginger biscuits.GINGER FUDGEIngredients200 gms ginger biscuits50 gms walnuts, toasted50 gms almonds, toasted50 gms butter50 ml fresh cream3 tbsps honey200 gms dark chocolate, cut into small cubesMethod1. Crush walnuts and almonds coarsely and transfer into a bowl.2. Break biscuits and add to the crusher. Crush finely and transfer in the same bowl. Mix well.3. Melt butter in a non-stick pan. Add cream and honey and mix well. Add chocolate and mix till the chocolate melts.4. Add chocolate mixture to the biscuit mixture and mix well.5. Place a cling wrap in an aluminium tray, spread the fudge mixture on it and level it out. Refrigerate till set.6. Cut into small pieces and serve.
