Ginger Fudge | Cooksmart | Sanjeev Kapoor Khazana

Delicious chocolate fudge made using ginger biscuits.

GINGER FUDGE

Ingredients

200 gms ginger biscuits
50 gms walnuts, toasted
50 gms almonds, toasted
50 gms butter
50 ml fresh cream
3 tbsps honey
200 gms dark chocolate, cut into small cubes

Method

1. Crush walnuts and almonds coarsely and transfer into a bowl.
2. Break biscuits and add to the crusher. Crush finely and transfer in the same bowl. Mix well.
3. Melt butter in a non-stick pan. Add cream and honey and mix well. Add chocolate and mix till the chocolate melts.
4. Add chocolate mixture to the biscuit mixture and mix well.
5. Place a cling wrap in an aluminium tray, spread the fudge mixture on it and level it out. Refrigerate till set.
6. Cut into small pieces and serve.
