Gluten free Banana Bread Recipe ( No Oil. No flour)- Fall Favourites | Eat East Indian

Here is my fall Favourite Fully loaded Banana bread made with quick cooking oats, coconut, dry fruit and of course bananas.

Ingredients/Method
3-4 ripe bananas
3 tbsp Almond- Cashew butter
2 tbsp sugar
2 tbsp honey
1 egg beaten
1 cup of quick cooking oats
3/4 cup shredded unsweetened dry coconut
1/3 cup nuts of your choice ( I used cashews, almonds and pecans)
1 tsp baking powder
2-3 tbsp chocolate chips (optional)

Mix all the ingredients and bake at 350 F for 50-55 mins.
