Mix together chicken mince, carrots, potatoes, ginger-garlic paste, coriander leaves, chilli powder, coriander powder, chaat masala, turmeric powder, green chillies, breadcrumbs and egg in a bowl. Add vinegar and mix well. 2. Divide the mixture into equal portions and shape them into patties. Dip in beaten eggs and coat in semolina. 3. Heat some oil in a non-stick pan. Place the patties on it and shallow-fry till golden brown from both sides and the chicken is cooked. 4. Serve hot with tomato ketchup.
