GOAT PENIS HOT POT: Cook broth overnight for 10 hours with goat bones and chinese medicines. In a pot, add lotus root, tarot, tofu skin and soft tofu. Pour in the broth and serve on top of a gas stove. On the table, add the heart, kidneys and penis.

GOAT BLOOD: Pour goat blood into a bowl. Add cut liver, cut cartiladge and coriander.

WHOLE ROASTED GOAT: Place the pit through the goat and secure the head and legs. Scorch the stomach to make sewing easy. Add in the sauce (honey, pepper, Indian Prickly Ash). Sew the stomach with the metal strings. Baste with honey, vinegar and natural coloring. Roast the goat while continuously basting. Keep roasting for 45 minutes. Remove the goat and roll it in plastic wrap for 20 minutes. Remove the wrap and serve with fermented soya and ginger sauce.
