Leave for 2 min For the dough add in a bowl wheat flour, carom seeds add salt and water. Knead proper and tight dough and leave for rest 10 min minimumMake small roti and stuff the filling in the roti and pinch properly and roll the round paratha Fry the paratha on medium flame add some oil or ghee, sprinkle paratha on top red Chilli powder and chat masala Serve the garmaa garam gobhi paratha ready!
