- 350 gms Cauliflower (gobi)
- 1/2 cup Plain Flour
- Water
- 2 tbsp Cornflour
- 2 tbsp Rice Flour
- Salt
- 1/2 tsp Garlic Paste
- 1/2 tsp Ginger Paste
- 1/8 tsp Red Chilli Powder
- Oil (for frying)

- 1 & 1/2 tbsp Oil
- 1 tbsp Garlic Paste
- 1 tbsp Ginger Paste
- 4 Green Chillies (slit)
- 2 tbsp Curd
- 2 tsp Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder
- Salt
- 2 sprigs Curry Leaves
- 2-3 tbsp Water
