Heat the oil in a deep non-stick kadhai and add the cumin seeds and asafoetida.2. When the seeds crackle, add the turmeric powder, cauliflower, green peas and salt, mix well and cover with a lid and cook on a medium flame for 5 minutes, while stirring occasionally.3.
