INGREDIENT

For Pani Puri Pani ( पानी)

Mint Leaves (पुदीने के पत्ते) – 1 cup
Coriander Leaves (धनिये के पत्ते) – 1 cup
Raw Mango (कच्चा आम) - 1 cup
Green Chilli (हरी मिर्च) – 4-5
Salt (नमक ) – 2 tsp
Roasted Cumin Seeds (भुना हुआ जीरा बीज) – 1 tsp
Black Salt (काला नमक) - 1 tsp
Tamarind paste (इमली) – 1 tbsp
Dry Mango Powder (सूखे आम पाउडर) – 2 tbsp
Dry Ginger Powder (सौंठ पाउडर) - 2 tbsp
Boondi (बूंदी) –1/2 Cup
Water (पानी )- 1 ltr


FOR Golgappe (गोलगप्पे)

Wheat Flour (गेहूं का आटा) - 1 cup or 200 gm
Sooji (सूजी) – 2 tbsp
Salt (नमक ) - 1 tsp or as per taste
Baking Powder (बेकिंग पाउडर) -
Oil (तेल) – 500 ml Approx
Water (पानी )- 150 ml
