chicken Paratha Roll

Ingredients for Crispy Chicken:
Chicken boneless strips 800 g
Chili sauce 2 tbsp
Soy sauce 2 tbsp
Garlic powder 1/2 tsp
Red chili powder 1 tbsp
Black pepper crushd 1 tsp
Red chili flakes 1 tbsp
Salt 1 tsp
All-purpose flour as required
Chilled water as required

Ingredients for Sauce:
Mayonnaise 1/2 cup
Ketchup 1/2 cup
Sriracha sauce 1 tbsp
Black pepper powder 1/2 tsp

Ingredients for Assembling:
Nurpur Cheddar Cheese Slice as required
Paratha as required
Sliced vegetables as required
Prepared sauce as required
Directions for Crispy Chicken Preparation:
1. In a bowl add chicken, chili sauce, soy sauce, garlic powder, red chili powder, black pepper powder, red chili flakes, salt and mix it well.
2. Now coat these marinated chicken strips in flour and then dip in chilled water for 2 seconds. Coat them again in flour and then deep fry until crispy and fully done. Set aside.
Directions for Sauce Preparation:
3. In a bowl add mayo, ketchup, sriracha sauce, black pepper powder and mix it well. Set aside.
Directions for Assembling:
4. Take a paratha and drizzle sauce on it. Now add a layer of sliced veggies, crispy chicken, Nurpur Cheddar Cheese Slices and then drizzle sauce again.
5. Your Crispy Chicken Paratha Roll is ready. Serve and enjoy.
