Trim the top of the green capsicum and cut the capsicum in half, discard the seeds, and cut into thin strips.5. To make the dressing, put the Dijon mustard paste in a bowl. Add lemon juice, red wine vinegar, salt, black pepper powder, dried oregano, and olive oil and whisk till well combined. 6. Tear the lettuce leaves and arrange in a large bowl.
