GREEN CHICKEN CURRY, AUTHENTIC FAMILY RECIPE

This recipe for Thai green chicken curry or (Gang keow wan gai) is superb. Many thanks to Paula for sharing this wonderful recipe. I have been lucky to try this twice now and it really is one of the best I've had. There is an ingredient called heart of palm which may be a little difficult to source but the crunchy texture and sweet flavour is so worth it. If you can't find, bamboo in brine may be a substitute. I had trouble translating an ingredient, its not chicken liver its chicken blood, but can be omitted anyway. Hope you enjoy this recipe which has been passed down over generations.
