Spicy hot and a must try !GREEN CHILLI CHICKENIngredients600 grams chicken, cut into 1 inch pieces on bone1 cup light green chillies + for garnishing½ cup dark green chillies¼ cup ginger-garlic-coriander-green chilli paste2 tablespoons oil½ teaspoon cumin seeds (jeera)Salt to taste¼ teaspoon turmeric powderMethod1. Put chicken pieces in a bowl. Add ginger-garlic-coriander-green chilli paste, mix and set aside to marinate for 1-2 hours.2. Heat oil in a non-stick pan. Add cumin seeds, and once they change colour, add light green chillies, dark green chillies and salt, mix, cover and cook for 2-3 minutes. 3. Add the marinated chicken and mix well. Add turmeric powder and salt, mix well and cook on high heats for 5 minutes. Reduce heat, cover and cook for 20-25 minutes or till fully done. 4. Serve hot.
