Blend 1 cup soaked moong chilka dal, 1-inch ginger, and 4-green chilies into a fine paste. 2. Take the mixture out in a bowl.3. Add 1 tsp of salt, 1 tsp of coriander powder, 1/2 tsp of turmeric powder, 3 tsp of crushed red chili, 1-pinch hing, 1/2 cup finely chopped methi to the mixture and whisk the mixture for 4-5 minutes.4. Take cauliflower florets and 2-unpeeled potato slices for pakoda.5. Dip the potatoes and florets in the batter and add to the medium-hot oil for frying.6. Fry them till golden brown from all sides and take them out once ready.7. To prepare chutney, add 1 cup chopped green coriander, 1/2 lemon extract, 1/2 inch ginger baton, 4-green chilies, 1/2 tsp of cumin seeds, 1/2 tsp salt, and 2-3 tbsp of water to the mixture.8.
