Ingredients for Green Moong Dosa
For Batter:
Green Grams - हरी मूंग दाल - 1/2 Cup (100 grams)
Rice - चावल - 2 tbsp
Salt - नमक - 1/2 tsp
Green Chilli - हरी मिर्च - 2
Ginger - अदरक - 1/2 inch baton

For Stuffing:
Oil - तेल - 1 tbsp
Split Chickpea - चना दाल - 1/2 tsp
Split Black Gram Lentils - उरद दाल - 1/2 tsp
Mustard Seeds - सरसों के दाने - 1/4 tsp
Ginger - अदरक - 1/2 tsp, grated
Green Chilli - हरी मिर्च - 1 - 2, finely chopped
Curry Leaves - कड़ी पत्ता - 10 - 12
Tomato - टमाटर - 1, chopped
Salt - नमक - 1/2 tsp
Coriander Powder - धनिया पाउडर - 1 tsp
Turmeric Powder - हल्दी पाउडर - 1/4 tsp
Red Chilli Powder - लाल मिर्च पाउडर - 1/4 tsp
Sambar Powder - सांबर पाउडर - 1 tsp
Green Coriander - हरा धनिया - 1-2 tbsp

For Peanut Coconut Chutney:
Peanut - मूँगफली - 1/2 Cup (100 grams)
Desiccated Coconut - नारियल का बुरादा - 1/4 Cup
Lemon Juice - नींबू का रस - 1/2
Salt - नमक - 1/2 tsp
Green Chilli - हरी मिर्च - 2
For Tadka:
Oil - तेल - 1 tsp
Mustard Seeds - सरसों के दाने - 1/4 tsp

How to prepare Green moong Masala Dosa?
1. Put 1/2 cup of soaked moong dal and 2 tbsp of soaked rice in the mixer jar. Add 2-green chilies cut in halves, 1/2 inch ginger, some water, and blend everything into a fine paste.
2. Take out the prepared paste of dal and rice into a bowl. Add 1/2 tsp of salt and mix well. Leave the batter for 10 minutes.
3. Heat 1 tbsp of oil to prepare the stuffing. Add 1/2 tsp of chana dal, 1/2 tsp of urad dal, and roast the dal till golden brown. Add 1/4 tsp of mustard seeds and let the mustard crackle.
4. Add 1/2 tsp of grated ginger, 1 or 2 finely chopped green chilies, 10-12 curry leaves, and roast everything briefly.
5. Add 1-chopped tomato, 1/2 tsp of salt, 1 tsp of coriander powder, 1/4 tsp of turmeric powder, 1/4 tsp of red chili powder, 1 tsp of sambar powder, and mix well.
6. Add 1 tbsp of water and mash the tomatoes. Add 3-boiled potatoes after crumbling. Mash the potatoes and cook for 2-3 minutes.
7. Add some chopped coriander leaves and take the stuffing out on a plate.
8. Heat a non-stick pan to prepare dosa. Grease the pan with oil, drizzle water, and wipe it.
9. Add batter to the pan and spread it evenly. Turn the flame high and drizzle oil around the dosa.
10. Mark cuts to fold the dosa, add stuffing, and when it turns brown from all sides, fold it. Flip the dosa and similarly prepare all the dosa.

11. To prepare peanut chutney, put 1/2 cup roasted peanuts and 1/4 cup of desiccated coconut in a mixer jar.

12. Add 2green chilies,1/2 lemon extract, 1/2 tsp of salt, some water, and blend coarsely.

13. Heat 1 tsp of oil, add 1/4 tsp of mustard seeds, 2 red chilies, 10-12 curry leaves, and roast briefly.

14. Add tadka to the chutney and mix well. Coconut-peanut chutney is ready.

15. Green moong dal dosa is ready to be served.
