Delicious combination of green peas peels and potatoesGREEN PEAS PEEL AND POTATO BHAJIIngredients20-25 green peas peels 2 medium potatoes2 tbsps oil½ tsp cumin seeds2 medium onions, slicedSalt to taste¼ tsp turmeric powder1 tbsp ginger-garlic paste1 medium tomato1 tsp coriander powder½ tsp red chilli powder½ tsp garam masala powderMethod1. String the green pea peels and remove the thin skin and cut into ½ inch pieces.2. Heat oil in a non-stick wok.3. Halve potatoes vertically and thinly slice horizontally. 4. Add cumin seeds and onions to the wok and saute for ½ minute. Add potatoes, salt and turmeric powder and mix and continue to saute.5. Add ginger-garlic paste and mix. Cover and cook till the potatoes are almost done.6. Chop tomato finely. Add green pea peels to the wok and mix. Add coriander powder, red chilli powder and garam masala powder and mix well. Cover and cook.7. When potatoes are cooked, add tomatoes and mix well. Cover and cook on low heat for 10 minutes.8.
