Do try !GREEN PRAWN PULAOIngredients1½ cups rice, soaked for 1 hour and drained12-16 small prawns, shelled and deveined 2 tablespoons oil1 star anise6-8 black peppercorns3-4 garlic cloves, finely chopped1 large onion, slicedSalt to taste¼ cup coconut milkFresh coriander sprigs for garnishingSol kadhi for servingPaste1 medium bunch fresh coriander, cleaned2-3 tablespoons scraped fresh coconut4-6 garlic cloves1 inch ginger, roughly chopped1-2 green chilliesSalt to taste6-8 black peppercorns1 tablespoon lemon juice Method1. To make paste, blend together coriander leaves, coconut, garlic, ginger, chillies, salt, peppercorns and lemon juice. Transfer to a bowl.2. In a bowl add prawns and mix with 3 tablespoons green paste. Set aside to marinate. 3. Add prawns, mix well and set aside to marinate. 4. Heat oil in a non-stick pan. Add star anise, peppercorns, garlic and onion, mix and sauté till the onions turn translucent. Add 4 tablespoons green paste and mix well. 5. Add rice and cook for a minute. Add salt and 2 cups water, mix well and bring to a boil. 6. Add marinated prawns, mix, cover and cook till fully done. Add coconut milk, mix well and simmer for 5 minutes. 7.
