A very delicious restaurant-style grill chicken with mushroom sauce and grilled vegetables just for you.

Grilled Chicken With Mushroom Sauce
Ingredients Quantity
Water as required
Sweet potato wedges 1 no.
Carrot 1 no.
Salt to taste
Zucchini cubes 1no.
Yellow Bell Pepper cubes ¼ no.
Red bell pepper cubes ¼ no .
Green capsicum cubes ¼ no.
Red cabbage 1/2 no.
Chicken breast 2 no.
Barbeque sauce 2 tbsp+ 1 ½ tbsp
Chili flakes 1 tsp + ½ tsp
Crushed Black Pepper 1tsp+ ½ tsp+ ½ tsp
Mixed Herbs 1 tsp+ ½ tsp+ ½ tsp
Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
Lemon juice ½ no.
Olive Oil 2 tbsp + 2tbsp+ 1tbsp+ 1tbsp
Broccoli 1 small.
Mushrooms slices 5-6
Garlic 1 pod
Onion 1 no.
Mushrooms stem 2 tbsp
Celery 1 pod
Leeks 1 pod
Water as required
Bay leaf 1 no.
Butter 1 tbsp + 2tbsp
Garlic Chopped 1 Tsp
Refined Flour 1 tsp
Fresh cream 2 tbsp.
Method
1. In borosil sauce pan add water, sweet potato wedges, carrot, salt and blanch them properly.
2. Now cut the remaining veggies, like zucchini, yellow bell pepper, green capsicum, red bell pepper, and red cabbage in medium cubes and keep them aside.
3. Now take chicken and make cress cross cuts on it so the marination goes inside properly, do the same with other chicken breast.
4. Now for marination, add barbeque sauce, chili flakes, crushed black pepper, mixed herbs, ginger garlic paste, lemon juice, and olive oil and mix it properly.
5. Now add the chicken breast in the marination and mix it properly, keep aside.
6. Now add broccoli and red cabbage with other veggies for boiling for 2-3 mins.
7. Now strain the veggies from the water.
8. Now for vegetable marination add olive oil, chili flakes, crushed black pepper, mixed herbs, and salt to taste and toss altogether properly.
9. Add all peppers in the vegetable marination.
10. Now remove the stems and keep aside, slice the mushrooms properly.
11. Now take the borosil non stick grill pan add olive oil, take whole garlic, cut it from the middle and put the half part in the grill pan.
12. Now take the onion cut it into half and put it in the grill pan.
13. Now take the marinated chicken and put it in the grill pan for grilling.
14. Now set the borosil otg to 180*c and transfer the veggies to borosil bake ware, drizzle oil and roast the vegetables in the otg.
15. Now flip the chicken and cook from other side.
16. Our chicken is ready, remove in the plate along with garlic. Leave the onion in the grill pan.
17. Put the remaining garlic pod, mushroom stems, celery medium cubes, leeks cubes, water, barbeque sauce, bay leaf and let it boil for 15mins.
18. Now remove the vegetables from the borosil otg and put the grilled chicken on it, add butter and stock, put for roasting again in borosil otg for 15mins.
19. Now take borosil sauce pan, butter, chopped garlic and sauté it properly.
20. Now add sliced mushrooms, toss them.
21. Add salt to taste, refined flour and sauté it again.
22. Now strain the stock with the help of strainer.
23. Now add mixed herbs, crushed black pepper and fresh cream mix and let it cook for 2mins.
24. Our mushroom sauce is ready, serve the sauce in a bowl.
25. Remove the chicken from the otg and serve.
26. Take a borosil plate, make a bed of veggies, keep grilled chicken and pour mushroom sauce.
27. Serve it hot with some bread rolls.
