An easy, delish twist to normal calzones are not only healthy but they also pack a ton of flavour. The idea of grilling cheese is revolutionary change, plus one that allows the flavour to be showcased.GRILLED CALZONEIngredients 250 grams readymade pizza dough 1 medium onion, finely chopped 1 small red capsicum, finely chopped 1 small green capsicum, finely chopped½ cup corn kernels, boiled 150 grams chicken, boiled and shredded1 cup grated mozzarella cheeseSalt to taste Crushed black peppercorns to taste Refined flour (maida) for dusting4 tablespoons pizza sauce Oil for grilling Method 1. Knead the dough a little and divide into equal portions. Set aside. 2. Mix together onion, red capsicum, green capsicum, corn kernels, chicken, mozzarella cheese, salt and crushed peppercorns in a bowl. 3. Dust the worktop with some flour, place the dough portions on it and roll out into thin discs. 4. Spread 1 tablespoon pizza sauce on one side of on each disc and place generous amount of chicken mixture on top. Bring over the edge and fold into a crescent shape. Seal the edges with a fork. 5. Heat some oil in a non-stick grill pan. Place the calzones on it and grill till evenly done from both the sides. Drain on absorbent paper. 6.
