Put chicken breasts on a plate. Add salt, garlic, chilli flakes, crushed peppercorns, thyme leaves and Worcestershire sauce and mix well. Set aside to marinate for 5-10 minutes. 2. Heat butter and olive oil in a non-stick grill pan. Place the marinated chicken breasts and cook from both sides till golden brown. 3. Slice the grilled chicken breasts and boiled eggs. 4. To prepare one sandwich, apply some mayonnaise on one side of two bread slice. 5. Place 1-2 torn iceberg lettuce leaves, some grilled chicken slices, egg slices, 2-3 tomato roundels and one cheese slice on the mayonnaise side of bread slice, cover with another bread slice.6.
